Before Your Injection

1. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment.

2. Avoid blood-thinning meds/supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 3–5 days (unless prescribed).

3. Arrive with clean skin, no makeup or skincare.

4. Reschedule if you have an infection, cold sore, or active irritation in the treatment area.

1. Do not touch, rub, or apply pressure to treated areas for at least 24 hours.

2. Stay upright for 4–6 hours post-treatment.

3. Avoid workouts, alcohol, saunas, or hot tubs for 24–48 hours.

4. Avoid facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments for 1–2 weeks.

1. Botox/Dysport: Results begin in 3–7 days, full effect at 2 weeks, lasts 3–4 months.

2. Fillers: Immediate results; mild swelling/bruising may occur. Lasts 6–12 months.
